In addition to the academic curriculum, School of the Woods offers numerous optional activities for all ages.

Arts

Dance, Instrumental Music, Drama, Musical Theater

School of the Woods students can enjoy a wide range of performing and visual arts activities. After-school programs offered include choir, instrumental music, and ballet, all with yearly performance opportunities.

A survey of student interest determines the electives offered in Middle and High School. Classes offered have included drawing, painting, photography, sewing, jewelry-making, glass blowing, and magic.

A Middle school student performance is presented each year before the winter break and the High School presents a full length musical each spring.
